Osteoarthritis is a very serious disease of modern world that causes deterioration of cartilage (soft bone) in the joints. It could start with a mild stiffness, mild swollen and cracking joints and joint pain. It affects men and women equally. It affects every joint in the body including the knees, neck and lower back. How joints are damaged?

2.) Another important cause of inflammation in weight bearing joints is a constant process of putting pressure on joints and then releasing it.
