There are two things you need to do in order to lose weight.
The first is to watch what you eat and the second is to exercise. But did you know that water can make a difference too?
66% of your body weight is water, it also plays a key role in weight control. Drink plenty of water, it is a way to flush out the toxins in your body, if you have more water in your body you will feel healthier and fitter.
Water also makes you feel full up and it contains no calories.
Also water can reduce fat deposits. The reason for this is that your kidney's can not function properly without enough water. When your kidneys do not work to their capacity the load is passed on to your liver. One of the liver's functions is to metabolize stored fat into useable energy for the body.
If the liver has to do some of the work for your kidneys it can not work to it's full capacity. As a result less fat is metabolized so more fat will remain stored in the body and your weight loss will stop.
Start your day with a glass of water before your breakfast. Also drink a glass before the start of a meal and sip a glass during the meal, it will help your food to settle faster so you get the feeling that you are full faster.
Remember this is just one way to help you lose weight, combining exercise with eating well and you will notice the difference in your weight.[ad_2]
