Tips For Whiter Teeth – Simple Steps For Teeth Whitening

One of the most attractive things about a person is their smile. Even if you are a beautiful person, yellow teeth can deal you a serious blow in the looks department. There are all kinds of things you can do to whiten your teeth without spending thousands of dollars at the dentist office. Believe it or not, a little hydrogen peroxide on your tooth brush does help. This will not make your teeth sparkly white over night, but it can whiten the teeth slightly and prevent any further damage.

Baking soda will also help to whiten the teeth and combining it with hydrogen peroxide is fine. You can even buy toothpaste that has both ingredients already mixed in. If your teeth are really bad though this is not going to fix them. Cases like these are when you need to break out the heavy artillery. There are all kinds of effective products out there you can use to brighten up your smile.

Teeth whitening strips are a good example. Most brands of teeth whitening strips work pretty well, but there are better products out there. There is a product named “Everbright Smiles” that uses a mouth piece and potent teeth whitening gel. The mouth piece tray looks similar to the kind used in contact sports. You simply fill it up with gel and insert it into your mouth and allow it to set on your teeth for 5-10 minutes. This type of treatment will whiten up your teeth very quickly, but it will take a few weeks to really start noticing a big difference. There is another product out there called “Premium White Pro”.

Premium white pro utilizes a gel pen and works in a way similar to Everbright smiles. Instead of filling a mouth piece full of gel and holding it your mouth, you just apply the gel to your teeth directly with the pen. This is slightly more expensive than Everbright smiles, but is more convenient to apply. Using any of the methods mentioned above will help.

These are very cost effective ways to whiten your teeth. There is always the option of paying a couple thousand dollars for professional dentistry whitening, but these are much easier options for most people. After you have achieved that perfect smile, there is a really good way to keep them that way. Brush your teeth after every meal! This is not always doable, but it definitely goes a long way towards preserving the whiteness of your teeth.
