We all want tighter, firmer and better looking skin. I know I do and I have a good hunch that you do too, right? Aging is an inevitable process, but we can do a lot to slow down the aging process significantly.
There are a lot of skin tightening tips out there, but most of them are fluff and do not provide any practical advice. Here are three that will help you firm up sagging skin in no time:
1. Build Muscle . A lot of men, but especially women become horrified when I suggest that they build muscle in order to tighten up their skin. To be honest, you will never look like a bodybuilder unless you pump your body full of steroids and eat like a man. I am not talking about that. I am talking about lifting weights and forcing your body to become stronger. You will look leaner, more fit and get firmer skin. Look at fitness models that look right right, they're doing this!
2. Eat Well . Nothing happens if you do not eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables, with a handful of nuts. These kind of natural foods contain ample amounts of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, flavonoids, carotenoids and other nutrients that you need to not only stay healthy, but to look good! Since I started eating better, my skin started looking better!
3. Surgical Tightening . A lot of women nowdays are looking at surgical skin tightening options. While it may be a fit for some, my personal opinion is that it probably is not the best choice. It can cause permanent damage, it's expensive and there are no guarantees that you will come out looking better.
