We all want to look healthy, vibrant, and young. One of the many ways we all know is to get a facelift. Most of us want to avoid surgery at all costs so we turn to other solutions, some are Botox injections, Anti wrinkle creams, Exercise, and trips to the spa to name a few. These solutions rarely work within the time we want them to so that we can gain back elasticity and reduce signs of aging.

One way you can do a non surgical facelift is to perform a facial massage. That's right an old, ancient way to tighten up the skin used for many years by people all over the world.

Here are 4 steps to get you started:

1. Relax your thoughts releasing all negative feelings, a sense of self if you would.
2. Relax all the muscles in your face releasing all tension in your eye brows, mouth, cheeks, and jaw.
3. Take both your hands, and put your index and middle finger together. Then press in the space on the sides of your temple located on the sides of your eyes
4. Lightly add pressure and move your fingers in a circular motion being careful to massage in a progressive motion, as your fingers start to come back around release most of the pressure to prevent pain to the muscles.

These steps will help you tighten up the skin near your eyes. It will also help with migraines, headaches, and leave you feeling refreshed. You can also add a bit of massage oil to your fingers and then relax in the tub with your favorite bubble bath and candles for a full massage feel.
