First thing to keep in mind when losing weight after delivery, is that you can not limit important nutrients in your diet, and you have to get as many essential vitamins from food, as possible. Especially if you are breastfeeding your little baby.
So that means, you will lose weight not because you eat less, but because you eat differently.
The most aspect here is eating regularly. Make sure you eat at least 5 times a day, and leave at least 2 or 3 hours between the meals. This is very important, because it keeps your metabolic rate high and lest you burn more calories. Make sure you do not eat all day long, though.
Second most important thing is to drink plenty of water. You need it, this is essential! Water flushes out toxins and all the waste, keeps the metabolism high, and makes you less hungry. Make sure you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Do not like water? Switch it to unsweetened green tea. Not just a green tea drink, but a regular green tea, that you prepare yourself at home.
These two things will help you lose weight after a baby. If you want to lose even more, try to add more healthy foods to your diet, such as vegetables, lean meat, fruits, some nuts and other.
